Terms of ServicePlease carefully read the following terms before commissioning me. If you wish to commission me. These terms are necessary to commission me. If you commission me you will be paying for my art style as shown on my commission and pricing sheets. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.Commissions I will and will not drawWill draw: NSFW / OCs’ / Fanart (if legally allowed to) / animals / fantasy creatures / Yourself or other people who consent to be drawn / furry / gore / design charactersWill Not draw: Illegal activity / offensive imagery/character then the client does not have the right to (unless it is fanart) / trace or plagiarize other artists' work / any kind of pro-shipper fanart / animationCost and paymentIf you use any other currency than USD please convert your money into USD and pay me with that. Checks are strictly not allowed under any circumstance. The prices listed below cannot be negotiated (unless it is the last one listed). You will pay half once you have the sketch you like (unless you commissioned a sketch) and then at the end, you will pay the rest before I give you the finished piece.
A sketch at a minimum will be $15
Line art + basic color at a minimum will be $30 + minimum wage of active hours
Full color at a minimum will be $45 + minimum wage of active hours
Full color + background at a minimum will be $60 + minimum wage of active hours
Anything else can be communicated for the priceCommission requirementsI ask you to treat me with respect and patients as I commission art for you. If you are showing signs of aggression/hate I have the right to cancel the commission at any time.Commission ProcessThe commissioner MUST be 18+. after submitting and approving the commission please wait 2-5 business days for me to get back to you. When I do get back to you it will likely be about the cost of the commission and the time it will take for me to complete the commission that is if your commission was approved. If you need your commission done quickly we can discuss rush fees. During the process, you will be updated on the progress. You are not allowed to use the progress sketches, line art, etc. Unless you paid for that service. You will get thumbnails of the color pallet, general sketch, and line art depending on the commission.RevisionAny large edits to the piece will be an additional 40% of the original cost and small edits are free.
Large edits include: changing the character in the commission, changing the composition of the commission, changing the setting (i.e. lighting), and the character's clothes and hairstyleCancellationRefunds are not allowed past the sketch (unless you commissioned a sketch then you still have to pay). Before you commission me make sure you want to commission me. Refunds can be initiated however I am allowed to deny your commission for any reason.Posting Permissions and DeliveryYou will not be given any physical products unless very specifically asked for. Once you, the commissioner, have paid in full you will be given the piece in the most resolution possible. The image will be in .png or .jpg format unless specifically asked for a different format.You are NOT allowed to claim the commission is yours under any circumstance, plagiarize, resell the piece, alter, mint the art as an NFT, or use any other cryptocurrency or marketing. If discussed it can be used for commercial use, but only if discussed. I will still have the rights to the commission, I am allowed to post the commission, create educational content with the commission, sell them as prints, etc. You, the commissioner, are allowed to post the commission on social media or be used as a profile if I am credited as the creator of the art.Thank you sectionThank you for considering commissioning me!
